1. Pumpkin pie wantons – The deliciousness and flavors of a pumpkin pie are hard to beat. Don’t you agree? But, serving them the old-fashioned way has no excitement or charm to it. How cool is the idea of piping the pie in the wantons? Certainly creative! Velvety sweet pie and deep-fried doughs – sound’s heavenly already. Pair it with some maple dip or cream cheese on the side and you will be racking up compliments all season. If you are crunched for time, make use of the wanton wrappers available in stores.

2. Spicy sweet pumpkin rolls – Do you love slicing the swiss rolls? Let’s give your guests an activity to indulge in. Digging a spoon into the swiss roll only to be surprised that it’s the pumpkin pie in a slightly different form. Sounds impressive, right? Well, preparing the pinwheel is a piece of pie. Bake a spicy pumpkin cake, right from the scratch, and set them thin, in a jelly pan. Thinner cake layers are easier to fold. Pop in dollops of cream cheese filling and roll the dessert. That’s it. No cutting corners, no laboring hard – your pumpkin rolls are ready to be served.

3. The pie-style bread pudding – What’s not great about chowing down a bowlful of rich bread pudding crammed with the flavors of pumpkin in a pie? Surprised to hear of a recipe this distinct? Well, preparing the dessert is easier done than thought. Start by arranging bread cubes in a baking dish. Whisk up a mix of maple extracts, vanilla, pumpkin spice, molasses, cinnamon, brown sugar, rum extracts, raisins, condensed milk, ginger, and a couple of other ingredients. Pop the mix on the crumbs and shove the dish in the oven, baking it for a good hour or less.

4. Pumpkin spice fudge and white chocolate – Tasty pumpkin bars for dessert. The blondies are a big hit. Biting into the chewy pumpkin fudge, rammed with the sweetness and flavors of white chocolates is hard to pass. Think the recipe is a hard nut to crack? A handful of ingredients and no baking. Could it get any easier? Whisk sweet condensed milk and thick pumpkin puree. Let the mixture simmer on the stove until the liquids have steamed out. Add the all-spice mix and thicken the puree well. Once the chewy consistency is achieved, pop the mix in the molds for a fudge-like structure. Melt some white chocolate and coat the top of the fudge. Go creative and use sprinklers and candied pumpkin bits for added taste.
