A fragrant herb, rosemary is actually a member of the mint family. It gets its name from the Latin word rosmarinus, meaning dew of the sea. Our organic whole rosemary has a rich, earthy flavor that beautifully complements a number of dishes, most notably lamb, pork, and roasted potatoes.
